Heather-Jane founded Ikigai Coaching in 2020, after focusing on Values-based Leadership & Cultural Change for >30yrs. Engaging & motivating people to find their unique core purpose, achieve their aspirations, & live their values more sustainably.

By helping client’s to focus on the simple model of INTENTION – ATTENTION – MINDSET – BEHAVIOUR – RESULTS, she helps them make effective use of their limited energy/time/resources (adapted from Pellerin 2009).

As an experienced ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) she specialises in the connected areas of Ikigai, Climate, Wellbeing, & Leadership Coaching - living her own values-based vision of leveraging wisdom to make the world a better place.

Being a lifelong learner, she’s trained to use many psychological & neuroscience approaches including Mindfulness integrated CBT, Multiple Brain integration Technique (mBraining), & EQ/C-IQ/PQ/VQ/SQ™.

Ikigai is such a powerful approach at any time in life – Heather-Jane works with teenagers, young graduates, people facing major mid or late-life transitions…or simply those who wish to re-invent themselves to feel happier.
